Each work is a unique piece. Details concerning the object, its materials, period, origin, and kintsugi work are provided on the individual product page.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed on each product page in USD.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

4. Request for Information and Purchase

To inquire about a work, please use the Request for Information form provided on the individual product page.

YACCA will respond to any questions and provide additional information about the work, shipping, or other relevant matters as needed.

Once the client has decided to proceed with the purchase, payment will generally be made by PayPal Invoice.

5. Shipping and Customs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the client.

After payment has been received, YACCA will promptly prepare the work for shipment, including its packaging.

Once these preparations are complete, YACCA will notify the client of the estimated shipping schedule.

Once the work has been shipped, YACCA will notify the client and provide the tracking number.

The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for complying with any import requirements applicable in the destination country.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Returns are generally not accepted for works that correspond to their descriptions and arrive in the condition described on the website.

If a work arrives damaged in transit, please contact YACCA within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of the work and packaging, together with any relevant information. YACCA may need to investigate the circumstances with the shipping carrier or other parties involved in the delivery process. After reviewing the circumstances, YACCA will discuss an appropriate solution with the client.

If a work materially differs from its description, please contact YACCA within 14 days of delivery, with photographs and relevant information. YACCA will review the circumstances, including whether the issue is attributable to YACCA, before discussing an appropriate solution with the client.

If a return is agreed upon, the work must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any alteration, damage, repair, cleaning, or other modification.

Any alteration, damage, or other change made to the work after delivery may affect the client’s eligibility for a return or other remedy.

Please do not return a work without prior agreement from YACCA.

If a return is agreed upon due to the client’s circumstances, the client is responsible for the return shipping costs. If YACCA determines that the issue is attributable to YACCA, YACCA will cover the return shipping costs. In cases where responsibility cannot be clearly attributed to either the client or YACCA, including certain cases of damage in transit, responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined based on the circumstances.

A purchase may be cancelled before payment.

If the client wishes to cancel after payment but before the work has been shipped, the request should be made as soon as possible and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once the work has been shipped, cancellations are generally not accepted.

The return and cancellation policy may be subject to applicable laws and regulations in the destination country or region.

Dates, origins, materials, techniques, and other attributions stated in the descriptions of works are based on YACCA’s knowledge and experience.

They represent YACCA’s professional opinion and are not intended as a guarantee of authenticity.

Where information cannot be established with sufficient confidence, YACCA may state that it is unknown or provide an approximate date or attribution.
